    • Implemented glycerin water recovery system from bottom distillate glycerin using HCl solution with 60% recovery
    • Lead Area 1 of Methyl Ester Fractionation shutdown, create shutdown scheduling using Gantt Chart, and daily record the progress update to Plant Head, alongside Shift Supervisor.
    • Design new condenser (STHE) for improving heat transfer of condenser in Carbonyl conversion plant.
    • Designed bypass of Plate Heat Exchanger to prevent downtime loss for 24 hours and minimize leak effect
    • Conduct preliminary study of Plate HE as preheating system of CPKO.
    • Conduct preliminary study of STHE as preheating system of Glycerin Distillation dewatering section.
    • Improved Equalize Time by modify vapour line to connect the flash drum to vacuum pump, up to 10 minutes.
    • Modify the skimming facility of Oil Separator and promotes zero downtime due system failure
